Hi and welcome to this very brief introduction to the Maple History podcast. I'm Christina
Austin and I will be the host of this show where I will be telling the story of Canada
and the people that lived here because my favorite podcast have a conversational format.
That is what I will be doing. I will have guests on and I will regale them with Canadian history
tales beginning from the very first people who grace the continent. The guests will be
friends of mine that I can convince to come on the show. More often than not because we
all have busy lives, the guests will be my husband Simon. It is my hope that I will
produce an episode every two weeks until we get to at least the end of the Second World
War. I hope to be doing this for a very long time indeed.
